Hotel Presidente Buenos Aires

We had a great experience staying at this place. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area and take leisurely walks. The service provided, from room service to housekeeping, was exceptional. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, which were equipped with amenities such as a sitting area, in-room safe, and air conditioning. The staff made us feel welcome and were always friendly and helpful, especially on arrival when there was a small confusion with our reservation. We were also pleased with the tasty breakfast buffet served in the dining area.

Although there were no negative aspects, we would highly recommend this hotel to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location! The hotel is right in the center of everything , made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The free internet in the lobby was a nice bonus as well.

The rooms could definitely use a makeover. They felt outdated and in need of some upgrades.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. the location was perfect for me, as it allowed me to wander around and explore the area easily. I also appreciated the high-quality services provided by the staff, such as room service, housekeeping, and laundry. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially on my arrival when I had a small issue with my reservation. Estefan and his colleague went above and beyond to assist me and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Despite my overall positive experience, there were a couple of small downsides to this place. I would have loved if the breakfast room opened earlier, as I had an early morning flight and many tourists may face the same issue.

The hotel is also situated in a busy central area of the city, making it convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV. The bathroom was basic but clean, with a shower-bathtub and basic toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing efficient service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including bread, cold cuts, yogurts, cheeses. the hotel had some positive aspects and provided a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in need of renovation and is showing signs of wear and tear.

Convenient breakfast hours for early tourists. Air conditioning in rooms centrally regulated for optimal temperature control. Decent breakfast buffet compared to other hotels in the same price range. Excellent staff who promptly resolved a lost item situation.

The staff was excellent and helpful, especially the night shift employees Estefan and his colleague. They were really nice too assist me when I accidentally left my passport and money in a taxi. They quickly located the company and within 30 minutes, the taxi driver returned my bag. I'm so grateful for their support and the complete honesty of the taxi driver.
